Quality Policy

"We are committed to the manufacture and supply of foundry patterns that meet customer expectations, while continuously improving our products, processes, and quality management systems. Our goal is to deliver quality products on time, every time, and to meet all applicable requirements. We are also dedicated to involving and motivating our employees to achieve these objectives."
  • Contract
The client envisions a Dream Component and conveys the idea to our team. The team designs and delivers the component model. The drawing is shared with vendors, quotes are received, the contract is awarded, and the final drawing is shared."
  • Plan
"The client’s drawing is shared with the production team. The production team prepares a plan along with a route card and time schedule. The production plan is communicated to the client, and upon the client’s approval, a work order is issued to production."
  • Model
"A 3D model is created for the master and base construction machining, and the final 2D drawing is sent to production for construction of the master pattern. CAM files are sent to the machine shop, and 2D drawings are sent to inspection."
  • Production
"Purchases are planned based on the schedule, work order, BOM, and the material issued to the shop floor. The base is constructed (with machining allowances and casting shrinkage considered if the pattern is to be cast). The master pattern and match plates are sent to the foundry for casting. The wood base is constructed and inspected for allowances."
  • Machining
"Circular jobs are turned using a CNC lathe, and large-sized match plates are planed using an in-house built router."
  • Finishing
"Primers, adhesives, and paints are applied to ensure long life and to withstand harsh environmental conditions. Machined patterns are finished using abrasives and pneumatic hand-held tools."
  • Inspection
"In most cases, the final inspection is conducted in the presence of the client or the inspection party. Final inspections are performed using scanning or probing arms, and an inspection report is generated (if required). Initial measurements are taken manually using instruments and calipers."
  • Despatch
"Feedback is obtained from the customer both during the on-site inspection and after the first shipment, which is done in a season-one pine wooden box for delicate items or long-distance travel."
